Acceptable Use Policy

By using Nova Suite, you agree to follow this policy in full.

🚫 You May Not Use Nova Suite To:

1. Break the Law
   • Upload, share, or generate illegal content (including but not limited to CSAM, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or terrorism)
   • Infringe on intellectual property rights (e.g., pirated content, unlicensed media)
   • Circumvent regional laws or use Nova in restricted countries
   • Upload or distribute malware, spyware, or other malicious code
2. Harm Others
   • Harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate individuals or organizations
   • Generate or share non-consensual or explicit material
   • Encourage self-harm, suicide, or harmful ideologies
   • Target others based on race, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation
3. Misuse AI Systems
   • Input prompts into Astro or any Nova AI tool that contain:
   • Violent, hateful, sexual, or manipulative language
   • Attempts to bypass moderation or exploit AI behavior
   • False claims of professional, medical, legal, or financial advice
4. Exploit the Platform
   • Overload or interfere with system operations (e.g., rate limit abuse, denial-of-service behavior)
   • Attempt to reverse-engineer Nova’s services or APIs
   • Share or reuse another user’s content without permission
   • Use Nova solely for hosting unrelated or exploitative content (e.g., crypto scams, phishing, link farming)

✅ You May Use Nova Suite To:

• Create, store, and share personal or professional content (as long as it’s legal and safe)
• Use Astro and other tools for writing, coding, learning, productivity, and creative purposes
• Submit feedback or ideas to improve Nova Suite
• Participate in the Nova community respectfully and responsibly

📦 AI-Generated Content (Astro, @Handlers, Canvas)

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or factual integrity of AI-generated content. You are responsible for:
• Reviewing all AI outputs before sharing or acting on them
• Not using AI for spam, deception, fraud, or impersonation
• Not publishing outputs that violate this policy

🔁 Violations & Enforcement

• Breaking this policy may result in:
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your Nova account
• Removal of content, documents, or uploads
• Reporting to law enforcement if illegal activity is detected
• A full Account Search if content is believed to be high-risk or dangerous (see Uploads Policy)

• If you see someone violating this policy, or if content you encounter makes you feel unsafe:

🛠 Policy Review

• This policy is reviewed at least every 6 months. Updates will be posted at novasuite.one/legal/aup and announced via email and take effect immediately upon publication.
