nova suite's community features, including comments, chats, shared workspaces, file sharing, posts, and other interactive tools, are designed to connect people through creativity, collaboration, and conversation. these guidelines help keep all nova platforms safe, respectful, and valuable for everyone.

by using any part of nova suite that allows communication or user interaction, you agree to follow these rules. violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

be respectful

  • Never share personal or identifying information (addresses, phone numbers, documents, private messages, etc.) without consent.
  • No doxxing, stalking, impersonation, or identity theft.
  • Report impersonation or suspicious activity immediately.

keep it legal

  • No hate speech, threats, or content promoting violence or discrimination.
  • No CSAM, explicit sexual content, or depictions of sexual acts.
  • Donā€™t share pirated, stolen, or copyrighted material without permission.
  • No scams, phishing, or misleading financial claims ("get-rich" schemes, fake giveaways, etc.).
  • No cryptocurrency, NFT, or blockchain promotion ā€” Nova Suite does not support or host blockchain-based products.

stay safe

  • Donā€™t glorify or encourage self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or unsafe behavior.
  • If someone expresses distress, report or support, never mock or provoke.
  • Do not share or promote medical or mental health misinformation.

use features responsibly

  • Donā€™t abuse mentions, reactions, tagging, or reporting systems.
  • Donā€™t use alternate accounts to evade bans, inflate engagement, or manipulate votes.
  • If you create a group, document, or shared space, you're responsible for keeping it compliant with these guidelines.
  • Avoid automation or scripts that disrupt normal app behavior or spam users.

Content that:

  • Breaks the law or promotes illegal activity
  • Contains hate speech, slurs, or graphic violence
  • Encourages harm, abuse, or exploitation (especially of minors or vulnerable groups)
  • Spreads disinformation, conspiracy theories, or impersonates official Nova channels
  • Is posted purely to provoke, harass, or spam others
  • Attempts to exploit platform vulnerabilities or impersonate system messages

Moderation is handled by xxavvTechnologies staff and trusted community moderators.

Depending on the severity, we may:

  • Remove your post or content without prior notice
  • Issue a warning, mute, or temporary suspension
  • Permanently ban your account or connected Nova ID
  • Trigger a full Account Search for serious violations (e.g. illegal activity or impersonation)
  • Report you to law enforcement when necessary

Decisions made by the moderation team are final. Appeals may be reviewed at our discretion.

Nova Suite provides communication features as a service to its users.

We are not liable for user-generated content or actions taken by users on or off the platform.

You agree that:

  • You use Nova Suite's community tools at your own risk.
  • Nova Suite and xxavvTechnologies are not responsible for any loss, harm, or damages resulting from interactions, content exposure, or user behavior.
  • You remain responsible for the content you share and its consequences.
