By using our community platforms, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

💬 What We Expect from You

1. Be Respectful
   • Treat everyone with kindness, even if you disagree
   • Use inclusive language and avoid personal attacks or harassment
   • Do not engage in trolling, flaming, or bad-faith arguments
2. Think Before You Post
   • Share content that adds value, is on-topic, and aligns with the community’s purpose
   • Don’t spam, no excessive links, ads, copy-pasted posts, or off-topic replies
   • Avoid flooding chats, threads, or feeds with repeated content
3. Protect Privacy (Yours & Others’)
   • Don’t share personal info (yours or someone else’s) like addresses, phone numbers, or DMs without consent
   • Don’t dox, track, stalk, or impersonate anyone
   • Report impersonation immediately
4. Keep It Legal
   • No hate speech, threats, or content that promotes violence
   • No CSAM, explicit content, or anything illegal (see our Uploads Policy)
   • No promotion of scams, fraud, or misleading “get-rich” schemes
5. No Crypto/NFT Promotion
   • We do not support cryptocurrency, NFTs, or blockchain-based products anywhere in Nova Suite.
   • Any posts or accounts promoting them will be removed and banned.
6. Stay Safe
   • Don’t encourage or glorify self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or unsafe behavior
   • If someone expresses distress, support them or flag the post, don’t dismiss or provoke
7. Use Features Responsibly
   • Don’t abuse tagging, reporting, reactions, or moderation tools
   • Don’t create alt accounts to evade bans or manipulate votes/engagement
   • If you make a public or private group, you’re responsible for keeping it compliant with these guidelines

🚫 Content That Will Be Removed

• Breaks the law or promotes illegal activity
• Contains hate speech, slurs, or graphic violence
• Promotes disinformation or conspiracy theories in bad faith
• Endangers minors or vulnerable groups
• Is posted just to provoke, harass, or spam others

🛡 Moderation & Enforcement

Moderation is handled by xxavvTechnologies staff and trusted community moderators.

• Depending on the severity of the situation, we may:
• Remove your post or content without warning
• Give you a warning or temporary mute
• Suspend or permanently ban your account
• Trigger a full Account Search if serious violations occur (e.g. illegal content or impersonation)
• Report you to law enforcement in extreme cases
